Sign Your Service Agreement

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital service agreement. Review and sign it online — it covers event details, allergy acknowledgment, and our service terms. Takes less than two minutes. No printing, no scanning, no hassle.

Step three

Your Chef Arrives On Time

On the day of your event, your chef arrives punctually with everything needed — the hibachi grill, premium fresh ingredients, utensils, and sauces. Setup takes 10 to 15 minutes. Then the show begins.

Sit Back and Enjoy the Show

Yes — we cook indoors. Whether it's a dining room, open-plan kitchen, or large living space, we can make it work. A few simple things to keep in mind.

  • Good ventilation is important — open windows or doors nearby
  • Temporarily disable or cover smoke detectors near the cooking area
  • At least 6 feet of open space around the grill for safety

What time does the chef arrive?
Your chef arrives at the agreed start time. Setup takes 10 to 15 minutes — the show begins immediately after. We're punctual. Your event starts on schedule.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Yes. Our menu contains no nuts and no sesame. Gluten-free options are available. Please disclose any allergies when you book — your chef will be fully briefed before arriving.
Is there a guest minimum or maximum?
We require a minimum of 8 guests. There is no maximum — the bigger the group, the bigger the show. Large parties are our specialty.
