Outdoor

Yes — we cook indoors. Whether it's a dining room, open-plan kitchen, or large living space, we can make it work. A few simple things to keep in mind.
- Good ventilation is important — open windows or doors nearby
- Temporarily disable or cover smoke detectors near the cooking area
- At least 6 feet of open space around the grill for safety
