    First name is fine to start the call warmly.
  • What date are you thinking?
    Check Acuity immediately — one booking per day. Slots: 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, 8 PM.
  • How many guests — adults and children?
    Adults $65, children 12 & under $32. Minimum 8 guests total.
  • What area or city is the event?
    Las Vegas = no travel fee. Outside LV = $2/mile — confirm before quoting.
  • Indoor or outdoor?
    Both fine. If indoor, mention ventilation + smoke detector note.
  • What's the occasion?
    Birthday, anniversary, corporate, etc. — personalizes the conversation.
  • Any food allergies or dietary needs?
    Note them carefully. No nuts, no sesame. Gluten-free available on request.
  • Do they want the full-service setup?
    $190 for up to 10 guests · $300 for up to 20 guests — tables, chairs, clean setup.

What's included?
Private chef, grill, all food, 2 protein choices per guest, fried rice, veggies, salad, sauces, and cold sake.
Do you set up tables and chairs?
Not by default — the host provides tables, chairs, plates and utensils. We offer a setup add-on from $190.
Can you cook indoors?
Yes — both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor is recommended. Indoors needs good ventilation and smoke detectors temporarily covered.
What time does the chef arrive?
At the booked time. Setup is 10–15 min, then the show starts. Available slots: 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, 8 PM.
Can I cancel or change the date?
$50 deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling needs 7+ days notice. Within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Yes — CA (LA, Palm Springs) and AZ (Scottsdale, Phoenix). $2/mile from Las Vegas. Confirm with owner for other locations.
Do you have vegetarian / vegan?
Yes — tofu, extra veggies, and rice. Same price, same show. Also: Halal, Kosher, Keto, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free.
Do you use nuts or sesame?
No nuts and no sesame. Menu contains soy, eggs, butter, and shellfish. Severe allergy guests must disclose at booking.
